Gf99 follows KYC (Know Your Customer) policy. A copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence may be requested during withdrawals or if suspicious activity is detected. Withdrawals will be held pending until verification is complete.

Deposits at gf99 can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500, with a maximum of ৳50,000 per transaction.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Single withdrawal maximum: ৳1,00,000
• Daily maximum withdrawal: ৳3,00,000
• Processing time: typically within 1–24 hours
• Withdrawals are only available to the original depositing payment method

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus has a wagering requirement (typically 15–30x the bonus amount)
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time after claiming a bonus

• Some games do not contribute to bonus wagering, or only contribute partially

Gf99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. In the event of any dispute regarding a promotion, the decision of gf99 shall be final.

The following must be observed while gaming:

1. Each game has its own rules, and compliance is mandatory
2. If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, that round will be considered void
3. Any attempt to exploit software errors for abnormal gains will result in the forfeiture of winnings
4. In live games, the dealer's decision is final, though appeals may be made in cases of clear error
5. Bets will not be refunded if your internet connection drops during a game

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gf99 and will result in serious action being taken:

• Money Laundering: Any attempt to launder money from illegal sources through the gaming platform
• Fraud: Obtaining benefits through false identity, fake payments, or fraudulent means
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to exploit or harm fellow users
• Bots & Automation: Using automated software or scripts to play games
• Bonus Abuse: Running multiple accounts to claim bonuses
• Hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems or another user's account
• Abusive Behaviour: Abusive or threatening behaviour towards customer service staff or other players

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and legal action where necessary.

Gf99 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found
• In cases of suspected fraud or suspicious activity
• If KYC verification fails
• Extended account inactivity (more than 12 months)
• At the user's own request
